Sometimes clarity isn’t at the start of the path…it’s who you become while walking it.
Look at that photo.
I’m standing on a path that seems to lead… nowhere.
No clear destination.
No guarantees.
Just me…and one orange cone way off in the distance.
And yet, I’m still standing.
Still choosing forward.
Because here’s the truth:
The path to purpose isn’t always well lit. It’s not always paved.
And it sure as hell isn’t always mapped out for us.
But that doesn’t mean it’s not the right path.
Sometimes, the most transformational journeys start with uncertainty.
With a whisper in your spirit instead of a five-year plan.
With a single step…even if the road looks empty or odd or like someone forgot to finish it.
That orange cone?
That’s not a warning.
That’s a marker. A reminder:
Even one small sign is enough when you trust yourself.
Take a step, even if the path isn’t fully revealed.
Your courage creates the clarity.
Your motion gives meaning to the moment.
You don’t need the whole picture to make progress.
You just need to move like you believe.
You’re not lost.
You’re learning to lead in the unknown.
With belief in your resilience,
Tom
