Resilience Coach, Inspirator, Humanitarian, Investor, Author, and Speaker

ICF Member Tom LeNoble

I’ve had the honor of building a diverse and fulfilling career across a range of renowned companies, from industry leaders like MCI (VZ), Walmart.com (WMT), Palm (HP), and Facebook (META), to several thriving startups. I’ve contributed to notable ventures such as SupportSpace (BBY), iPrint.com (acquired), and SpeedDate (MTCH), among others.

Alongside my corporate experience, I founded Taranga Enterprises, a consulting business focused on driving results and innovation. Over the years, I’ve held leadership positions across operations, customer service, human resources, mergers and acquisitions, sales, and coaching.

A passion for coaching has shaped my journey, allowing me to guide countless individuals and teams. This experience has reinforced my belief in the life-changing impact of coaching. I am the CEO of The Academy for Coaching Excellence, where we empower individuals and train the next generation of coaches. Additionally, I serve as a Leadership Coach with the Miller Center at Santa Clara University, where I work with entrepreneurs around the globe.

As a professional speaker and author, I share insights on leadership, personal empowerment, and the transformative power of coaching.

Outside of my professional work, I am deeply committed to philanthropy, focusing on underserved communities, women, youth, and education. Mentorship is close to my heart, as it brings clarity, growth, and transformation to individuals and groups alike.

I’ve also faced the personal challenges of life-threatening illness, loss, and survival. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for life and the power of resilience. Despite the hardships, I remain fully present to each moment, affirming with conviction, “I’m Still Here!”
