About Tom LeNoble
Resilience Coach, Inspirator, Humanitarian, Investor, Author, and Speaker
I have had the privilege of building a diverse and fulfilling career across a range of companies, from industry giants like MCI (now Verizon), Walmart.com, Palm (now HP), and Facebook (now Meta), to several successful startups. Notable startups I’ve been involved with SupportSpace (BestBuy), iPrint (acquired), and SpeedDate (Match.com), among others.
In addition to my corporate experience, I founded my own consulting business, Taranga Enterprises. My professional focus has spanned leadership roles in operations, customer service, human resources, mergers and acquisitions, sales, and coaching.
Throughout my journey, I have had the honor of coaching numerous individuals and groups. This experience has not only allowed me to guide others but has also deepened my understanding of the transformative power of coaching. I facilitate a “Five-Year Lookback” workshop, helping participants understand how today’s actions shape their future, as well as a workshop focused on the power of forgiveness. I am a leadership coach focused on entrepreneurs with the Miller Institute at Santa Clara University.
As a philanthropist, I focus on underserved communities, youth, and education. Being a mentor brings clarity and transformation to individuals and groups. As a warrior, I have navigated the complexities of life threatening illnesses with loss, survival, joy and gratitude. I intimately understand what it means to face pain, confront mortality, and yet remain present to each moment and possibility. And, with conviction I affirm, “I’m Still Here!”
